At our collection center we managed to collect  16,000 glass bottles, 2.2 tons of plastic, 40 kg of batteries, 800 kg of metals and cork, preventing this amount from reaching landfills and giving them full and proper management.
Thanks to a valuable contribution, the transformation of 4 tons of agricultural and household plastic waste into quality poles for construction was achieved.
We have been able to potentiate the obtaining of resources for the sowing of seedlings in order to deliver them as barter in the weekly collection center as well as carrying out more than 15 talks with an impact on 344 students.

Past

Field trips for local students at every level to improve environmental awareness.
Annual Mid-Winter Community Clean-Up, an estimated 5 tons of garbage where removed from the beaches and community. 
Supported the teachers and students of the elementary school to clean-up school grounds and plant trees.
Successful Annual Semana Santa educational campaign and clean-up involving 5000 visitors to the local beaches. Twenty high school students and other local volunteers removed over 25 tons of garbage and recycling from the beaches. 
Organization and education of individual local businesses towards sustainability and improvement of their trash management.
